The work field differs from one project to another and includes one or more of the following works

• Fire fighting works (rubber hoses, sprinklers, Halon system).
• HVAC & Rain drainage works.
• Mechanic works in all its different divisions (specific division for the elevators and ventilation works)
• Sanitary works (internal and external installations).
• Maintenance for all the aforementioned works.
• Swimming pools and gardens.

Constructions Contracts

The company is registered in the Central Tenders Committee. It is classified in the fourth rank for the constructional works.

Maintenance

The company, in addition to what's aforementioned, is specialized in field of conducting maintenance for all the aforementioned electromechanical works with all its different fields and kinds and the internal decorations as well as conducting maintenance for all the sanitary, wood and smithy works executed in the site.

Projects management

The company has a division for the projects management. This division is responsible for preparing the work programs, in addition to the daily observation for the course of work and preparing the regular reports by highly – experienced programming engineers through Computer to follow up the project, starting from winning the project tender to the final delivery of the project works.

Pre – execution stage

A complete study is conducted for all the project descriptions, charts and tables of quantities to take the main items into consideration. After that, an initial schedule is conducted to execute the works. This schedule takes the monthly achievements ratios into consideration whether the achieved works or the monthly payments.

Execution stage

The general work schedule is prepared for the project to include the general execution plan in coordination with the other works. This schedule is, then, approved. After that, a detailed schedule is made to be used in the execution stages and weekly observation to avoid any delay in the course of work. The materials' lists of each project are also followed up, confirming the orders, approving the materials and their delivery in the work site according to allocated schedule.
